99-Day Return Policy
At Flo Pilates, we’re committed to making sure you love your experience with us. If something’s not right, you have 99 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This applies whether the item arrived damaged, defective, or you're simply not satisfied.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in the original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns without prior approval or missing packaging may not be accepted
Refund and Credit Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are typically issued as credit you can use toward a future purchase. In some cases, it may be returned to your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a confirmation, reach out to us at hello@pilatesflo.com.
Important Guidelines

Damaged or Defective Orders: Report any issues within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item and arrange a refund or replacement

Change of Mind: If you're not fully satisfied, we’re happy to help with a return. A 5% restocking fee applies

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Delivery Issues: Refunds cannot be offered if your package does not arrive due to issues within your control, such as an incorrect address

Inspection Requirements: Returns that arrive without their original packaging or do not pass inspection may be declined
