At Flo Pilates, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Below are the details of our 99-day return policy, refund process, and important guidelines.

 

99-Day Return Policy

 

We offer a 99-day return window for all products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you’re simply not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund or a replacement. 

 

Here’s how it works:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item is damaged, defective, or missing upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we will honor returns for unused items up to 99 days from delivery.
  • Returns for Dissatisfaction: If you're not happy with your order, contact our support team, and we will assist you. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 


Return Eligibility

 

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Items returned without prior approval or missing original packaging may result in a denial of refund or replacement.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days.

 


Refund Process

 

  • Damaged or Defective Orders: Report any issues within 7 days, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item for a full refund or replacement.
  • Unsatisfactory Orders: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you on a return. A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note, we do not offer refunds if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address).
