Before each use:
- Inspect bands, springs, straps, and moving components
- Do not use if any part shows cracking, fraying, thinning, or loss of elasticity
- Discontinue use immediately if any component appears damaged or loose

Proper Use

- Ensure adequate clearance around the equipment
- Secure adjustable components before use

- Do not use while fatigued, impaired, or distracted
- Stop use immediately if pain, dizziness, or discomfort occurs
