I have only had this for a week but I started a program this week and after just 2 sessions with the app, my butt is sore today. So, the movements they have us do in the app are good. She does a good job explaining what to do, when to breathe while exercising, what tools you need, etc. the Flo reformer itself is plastic and made me slightly nervous at first, but I have 0 issues with using the machine. I am a very satisfied customer.
