In addition to the Ring and Mat, the Core Kit includes a pair of 1 lb Weighted Bracelets for added resistance and deeper muscle engagement.
Each bracelet weighs 1 lb, offering light resistance perfect for Pilates movements without limiting mobility.
- Mat: Wipe with mild soap and water; allow to air-dry fully.
- Ring: Wipe with a soft cloth and gentle cleaner; avoid soaking.
- Weighted Bracelets: Spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or submerge in water.
